Return Policy

You may return any item purchased from OAMCPEACEMAKER.com within 14 days of the delivery date.

Submitting a Return Request

To initiate a return:

• Complete the Return Form available in the Returns section of our website.

• Use the pre-paid return label provided by OAMC upon submission of the Return Form.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

• Return costs, including any applicable customs duties, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

At this time, OAMC is unable to process exchange requests. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend submitting a return for the original purchase and placing a new order for the desired replacement.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item to ensure all conditions are met, you will receive a refund confirmation email. The refund will be processed on the same day and credited via our payment gateway within up to 7 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account will depend on your credit card issuer.
